Who Can Join The Youth Alliance?
Every Member of the Party, age twenty-nine years and younger, shall be eligible for membership in the official Youth Branch known as the Change Youth Association (CYA) in accordance with the procedures for admission of members laid down in the bi-laws and policies of the association.

Empower, Engage, and Advocate for Youth:
The primary purpose of the Coalition Youth Branch is to empower young individuals, actively engage them in community initiatives, and advocate for the rights, well-being, and opportunities of youth. Through collaboration and unity, the alliance seeks to create a supportive and inclusive environment where young people can thrive, develop essential skills, and drive positive change in their communities and society at large.

The CYA is a vital component of the Coalition of Independents, providing unique opportunities for young adults to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Through this association, the Coalition ensures that the voices of young adults are heard and their contributions are valued in building a better future.

- Leadership: The youth members elect their officers, who are responsible for leading the Association in line with its objectives and ensuring the effective implementation of its programs.
