- Introduction and Ratification of the Constitution: This segment follows the National Anthem, with the session on Constitution Ratification being led by the National Chairman of the Coalition of Independents.
9:40 AM - Association Representatives’ Remarks
Introduction: Brief introduction by Shaleika Pennerman
- John Watkins, Chairman, Grand Bahama
- Jennifer Joseph – COI Youth Alliance Representative
- Shanique Missick – COI Women Alliance
- Collins Johnson – COI Men Alliance
- Each speaker will have 5 minutes for their remarks, focusing on the day's agenda and their perspective on the Coalition's future.
10:00 AM - Acceptance Speeches by Unopposed Nominees
- Introduction: Shaleika Pennerman will introduce the segment.
- Speeches: All unopposed nominees for various positions within the Coalition will share their visions and commitments.
10:30 AM - Nominee Speeches for Contested Positions
- Introduction: Brief introduction by the Moderator.
- Speeches: Candidates in contested elections will present their platforms and visions. (30 minutes)
11:00 AM - Executive Election
- Explanation of the Process: Brief by the Moderator.
- Election: Conducting the executive election with details provided by the election committee. (45 minutes)
11:45 AM - Introduction of the National Executive Team
- The Official Introduction of the National Executive Team for the Coalition: *Announced by the National Chairman, featuring brief speeches by the newly elected members.
12:10 PM - Closing Remarks
- By Lincoln Bain: Lincoln Bain will provide the final summary of the session, express gratitude to the participants, and offer motivational insights on the path forward for the Coalition.
12:25 PM - Networking and Refreshments
- An opportunity for members to network, discuss the morning's outcomes and engage over refreshments.
